JudiKay Drops Legal Battle Against EeZee Tee to Uphold Christian Unity

Nigerian gospel musician Judith Kanayo, popularly known as JudiKay, has made a surprising and admirable decision to withdraw her legal battle against renowned gospel artist and record label owner Ezekiel ThankGod, also known as EeZee Tee.
EeZee Tee, the owner of EeZee Concept, faced allegations of financial impropriety, with claims that $264,000 generated from JudiKay’s music revenues on platforms like YouTube had not been remitted to her. These discrepancies were highlighted by an independent audit conducted by Person Consulting.
In a heartfelt statement shared on social media, JudiKay explained her decision to step away from the dispute, emphasizing her commitment to Christian unity and her faith in Christ.
“After prayerful consideration, I have decided to walk away from this drama. I choose to prioritize the greater good and unity of the body of Christ,” she wrote. “My role as a member of the body of Christ takes precedence. With this conviction, I willingly make this sacrifice, knowing Christ is of far greater worth than any earthly possession or vindication.”
The announcement surprised many, as most expected JudiKay to escalate the matter legally. However, her decision reflects her unwavering devotion to her faith and her ministry. She expressed gratitude to those who supported her during the ordeal, including church leaders, her family, and the gospel music community.
JudiKay reaffirmed her dedication to her calling, stating, “My focus remains on Jesus Christ and the ministry HE entrusted to me.”
Her choice to prioritize peace and unity over financial restitution has drawn admiration from fans and the Christian community, further solidifying her role as a figure of faith and resilience.
