“God created Adam and Eve not Steve and Steve”- Actor Prince David Osei Stance on LGBTQ+ Activism in Ghana
Ghanaian actor and producer, Prince David Osei has added his voice and shared his opinion on the ongoing anti-LGBTQ+ campaign which has become the most topical subject matter currently in Ghana.
The subject of criminalizing same sex activities in Ghana has in recent times sparked diverse debate, currently, the Parliament of Ghana is working towards passing the private member’s Anti-LGBTQ+ bill into law, which has gotten the country divided.
Actor, Prince Davido Osei sharing his opinion on the issue, posted a video of the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin making his stance clear in support of the Anti-LGBTQ+ bill, which the actor has applauded, as he expressed how proud he is about the Speaker’s comments and called for immediate action to be taken.
He also pointed to the fact that God created Adam and Eve and not Steve and Steve and backed it with a statement from Ben Shapiro; “No one is denying one’s humanity if you Gay. But we are not suppose to pretend that men are women and women are men. We won’t modify basic biology because it threatens ones subjective sense of being Gay .
