Ghanaian artiste Article Wan has publicly appealed to the organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), Charterhouse, to include him in the performance lineup for this year’s awards ceremony.
In a Facebook post on January 20, the ‘That Thing’ hitmaker encouraged Charterhouse to prioritize the quality of artistes selected to perform during the event.
“Kudos to TGMA for your remarkable work over the years! As you plan ahead, I humbly suggest curating a lineup of talents like myself and others who deliver truly memorable performances, not just ‘jump and go’ acts,” Article Wan wrote.
He further recommended that the event organisers position vibrant supporters in the front rows to help cheer performers and maintain the energy throughout the show.
“Having energetic supporters upfront could also help hype the event and keep the vibe alive. My little contribution with respect,” he added.
