Two members of the Ghana Police Service is said to have frauded a young hardworking gentleman named
Mr. Andreas Jamal Ofori bitterly of GHC 100.000.00 over fake land sales and seeks justice.
Background
Andreas Jamal Ofori in an interview with vibezandtrendz tv a week ago disclosed that two members in the Ghana Police Service with names Hajia Sa-Ada Abubakar Mohammed & Razak Giwah sold a parcel of land to him at Lakeside without documents. The said land was sold to Andrea’s at GHC 180,000.00.
The said police personnel’s convinced & promised Andrea’s to give him the land documents in no time after making the deposit on GHC 100,000.00 to their account so that after they handle the documents to him then he can pay the remaining GHC 80,000. The said negotiation was was down through Razak Giwah who acted on behalf on Hajia Sa-Ada Abubakar Mohammed. He later went to the the land for inspection with the assistance of Razak Giwah before making the initial deposit to them.
Unfortunately for him, the two police personnel’s had since then been postponing the date he would be called to come for the document but still went ahead to give them more time thinking to here from them after awhile. He later bought blocks and sent to the site to commence his project but later stopped because he taught it wise to first have a site plan and documents covering the land. Razak Giwah later presented a yellow paper to him but he insisted for all the documents so he can pay the remaining money to them.

Meanwhile Razak & Hajia sold the same land to another person without Andreas knowledge and when confronted relocated the young gentleman to another place with is a half plot as compared to the full plot the negotiated for. He later accepted and told them to produce the land documents but these two officers failed to produce the documents and therefore requested for a refund of his money since they couldn’t produce documents to the land but they kept on playing mind games with him.
He was then directed to see COP Christian Tetteh Yehonu who also referred him to DSP Mr. Bawa at the PFU for assistance. He subsequently met DSP Mr. Bawa and explain the whole issue to him and was asked to write a petition and submit of which he did and was then referred CID Douglas Addy for investigations.

CID Douglas Addy then promised Mr. Andreas Jamal Ofori to invite both Razak & Hajia and Himself but since then never heard from the CID. He also complained that anytime he calls the CID he has to explain himself to the CID before he recognizes him. Mr. Andreas also told vibezandtrendz that the last time he called the CID he told him he was at cape coast and will get back to him but never did till date to know the status of his investigations which is quiet worrying & broken hearted to him.
He Said in tears ” My prayer is that nobody becomes the next victim, and the police service must indeed live up to their motto, “Service with integrity” so that fraudsters in their midst can easily be identified”.
